Celebrating 40 Years of Excellence
This year we will celebrate 40 years of excellence in the classroom and on athletic fields/courts of competition. We will introduce and have All-Decade Teams for football as well as have a “Top 5 games of the Decade” list for each of our decades. 1981-1990/1991-2000/2001-2010/2011-2020. Normally, would be 0-9 but we opened 80-81 which shorted us a year… 2020-2021 begins our 41st full year as a school – so we are celebrating 40 years!! Hope that makes sense on how we put this together.
This week we will start off with a list of games from the 80’s of top games. Requirement 1 is we must have won the game, otherwise it isn’t a good game! Requirement 2 is it must be big because it was a last second type win or it was a big win for the football program (think first win over …., or first playoff win)
